The inventory of the organization can be easily manage with Elva DMS, using one database in all locations. Locations are places that are meant to handle and manage quantities of items and physical or virtual placements. The locations are available as follows:

Items can be defined to specific locations. Financial posting information, addresses and replenishment information can be added to the location level. Variations for any given similar items can be replenished for every locations, whereas items can also be ordered for each location on the basis of location-specific replenishment information.
