Compared with traditional maintenance processes where operations usually take 3-5 hours on average, for Arctic Trucks the operations take about 3 weeks for one vehicle. This requires precise scheduling and instant re-scheduling. Various specialists from different departments are involved in the modification processes. The company also orders spare parts, components and other tuning materials from their vendors – a process that needs to be controlled. Besides these complex processes, Arctic Trucks provides standard vehicle maintenance services.
